Mother's Day in the Garden (May 13, 2023):
Celebrated the pivotal role of mothers in our community at our Community Garden. This event featured yoga sessions led by Angelica Lopez of Mitra Healing Centered Yoga, treats and mimosas, and engaging activities for children, providing a nurturing and joyful day for all attendees.
Community Garden Space Clean-Up (April 1, 2023):
Mobilized volunteers to prepare our garden space for the spring planting season. This effort was crucial in maintaining and enhancing our garden, which serves as a vital green space in Springfield.
Earth Day Celebration (April 22, 2023):
Brought the community together for a fun-filled day of planting, music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities, underscoring our commitment to creating sustainable and healthy green spaces.
